Well, 20 miles will not be happening this week... but I kind of knew that would happen when I missed Wednesday's run.
I was barely able to squeeze in 2 miles last night right before dinner... in fact, I missed dinner to do them down on the treadmill. Time was 18:08.
Then I did 3 miles this morning on the treadmill. Felt pretty good for both the run. Can't remember what the time was, but I was somewhere around 9:30 pace for most of it.
PS- Should I be ashamed to say that my 2-yr-old daughter warms up and stretches more than I do?
You still took the time to RUN, which is what's important. :) Your daughter is so cute!
ReplyDeleteoh wow! our kids really are close in age! how are you managing? I was struggling until I started getting up before 5am to get in the workout, now I have a routine running & swimming with others at that hour, and everything is going smoothly! It is my me time in the day :)
